Old-fashioned hotel in a safe area not far from the sea and the near-by ancient ruins and the trainstation. Exceptionally nice staff onsite.

Quiet and surprising hotel, just what we had in mind.

The staff were all fairly friendly, and the room was large with coffee made to order. Central heating, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar worked well. Right by a train station, the location was handy and excellent, right next to train staion.

We had a fantastic stay at Nuova in Grosseto. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and excellent wifi. The location next to the train station was super convenient, and there was a grocery store nearby. The staff, especially Francesco and Luca, were welcoming and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Grosseto.

Conveniently located near transportation hub with clean rooms, friendly staff, and complimentary water bottles. Large suite with multiple balconies for families. Good breakfast included. Would recommend.

They were helpful courteous and knowledgeable especially helpful for we non Italian speaking guests.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and nice. We were greeted by Martina, one of the receptionists and when we left we were served coffee, offered croisants (though we were much too early for breakfast)and candies "for the trip back" by the very nice gentleman at the reception. An excellent first and last impression.

The hotel is conveniently located right beside the train station, making it easy to access for travelers arriving by train. Despite its proximity to the station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and offers a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. the breakfast provided is decent and helps start the day off right.

The surrounding area near the hotel may not be the best, with a tired and run-down atmosphere, and a lack of open restaurants.

Good location, few minutes walk to city center. Not so far from the beach (15km). Air condition pretty queit. Fridge in the room. Very very good coffee in the bar.

The hotel has a much privileged location. It is only a few steps from the train station , and the bus terminal is just in front of the hotel. It is very close to the city center. The frontdesk staff were very cooperative and warming. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Nuova Grosseto to any friend o anybody. Thank you for everything. Breakfast should be improved by varying it a bit more.

The hotel staff were excellent and helpful, recommending great food options and providing maps. They even helped us find an alternative when our train was cancelled due to a strike. Grosseto is a hidden gem with plenty to see and do. The hotel's location near the train station was convenient, yet not noisy. The parking was reasonable and the breakfast had a good selection.
